Food color spice

Michele Monroe is a MasterChef alum and Food Network competitor — a chef whose food is rooted in memory, love, and celebration. She came to me with a powerful story and a growing national platform, but no cohesive brand to hold it. My work was to build the complete identity and digital home that could match the woman stepping onto a Food Network stage.

I began with brand strategy: defining her positioning, her voice, and the emotional core that became her slogan — Food is memory. Food is love. Food is celebration. From there I developed a full visual identity, including a primary, secondary, and monogram logo system, and a typography and color world that captured her signature aesthetic: dark, elegant, and quietly whimsical, built on a palette of black, white, emerald, and sage green.

Then I brought it to life as a complete, multi-page Showit website — Home, About, Services, Media & Press, Recipes, and Contact — engineered for both storytelling and bookings, with custom photography direction, SEO, and social share assets across every page. The result is a brand that finally looks like the chef behind it: bold, soulful, and ready for the national spotlight.
